		<description>I assume the rest of your form is correct?  Hands not flopping around when you run and all that?

I find that varying the terrain I run on helps a lot.  Over the fall I spent a lot of time running up and down bleachers, over and over and over.  When I went back to running for distance, I seemed faster.</description>
